PROLOGUE

HOPE AND HATRED

Election season lingers over the minds of Americans like none other. Some find hope in the elections, although many find stress and chaos.

I had the privilege and distinct honor of attending rallies of both major candidates. In both rallies, I feel as if I found two things: hope and hatred.

Both rallies were located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Former President Donald Trump spoke at the Fiserv Forum, and Vice President Harris spoke at the Wisconsin State Fair Exposition Center.

Both candidates had ample and enthusiastic crowds.

There are a few things that you should know about the upcoming exhibits.

Photos from Harris's rally will be taken indoors. The line into the rally was long, but it was swiftly moving (despite having similar security setup to Trump's rally.) Harris's campaign was very open to journalism and pictures, even providing backdrops for photos.

You will not see photos from the inside of Trump's rally. I was barred from entering the building with my camera, and the Trump campaign only offered press passes to a limited number of journalists. Many other journalists that I conversed with were unable to enter the rally. Some of them were forced to record footage with cell phone cameras.

NOTICE: Rights to all photos are reserved. You may share my posts, but please do not use them for other purposes without asking permission (I will almost certainly give it to you.)

If you like a post, please share it! Sharing my work helps me as an artist to continue producing these exhibits.

If you see yourself in an exhibit and you would like a full-resolution copy of an image, send an email to 47@studio3109.com.

Please enjoy this special exhibit. Feel welcome to leave your thoughts, ask questions, or provide your own commentary.
