At Studio3109, we strive to deliver high-quality printed products with 100% recycled materials to meet your needs. Due to the custom nature of many of our items, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or refunds on custom-printed products, unless there is a defect or error caused by our production process. However, the operation is run by humans - we can talk about special circumstances. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your product.
In the case of defects or errors, we will gladly offer an exchange or in-store credit. Customers must notify us within 10 days of receipt and provide clear documentation of the defect or error. Once the issue is confirmed, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective items, and we will promptly process your exchange or credit. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
